A highly experienced litigator who’s practiced for two decades in South Carolina, Amy L.B. Hill stands ready to assist businesses and individuals involved in a variety of corporate or personal issues. She routinely represents clients in state and federal courts as well as before arbitration panels.

With an undergraduate degree in accounting and extensive litigation experience, she is prepared to represent clients in a wide variety of disputes, whether the disagreement is a business or personal matter.  Amy approaches all cases with a keen understanding of the financial impact caused by particular circumstances.

During her 20-plus years of legal practice in South Carolina, Amy has represented beneficiaries and personal representatives in estate disputes and probate litigation. She’s litigated cases involving lender liability and handled FINRA arbitration involving financial brokers and agents.

Additionally, Amy’s practice includes professional malpractice, with an emphasis on the legal profession. She can take a proactive role in many legal ethics questions, helping attorneys navigate professional responsibility issues as they arise.

Amy is a proven leader in the legal profession. She’s a former president of the Richland County Bar and a former member of the South Carolina Bar House of Delegates.
