Amy Hill is a highly experienced litigator, representing plaintiffs in class actions, complex business disputes, financial fraud, personal injury, nursing home abuse, and products liability cases. With a background in accounting, Amy brings a unique, detail-driven perspective to every case she handles. Her passion for uncovering the facts and meticulously analyzing evidence makes her a formidable advocate for clients navigating life-altering challenges. Amy pays special attention to both the emotional toll as well as the economic impact on her clients. She appreciates that her clients have been dealt a life-altering blow to either their health or their small business. Amy’s goal is to do her best to minimize that impact or at least provide compensation to ease the burden her clients are facing.
Amy is a proven leader in the legal profession. Twice Amy has been listed as one of the top 25 attorneys in South Carolina by the Super Lawyers Organization. She is a former president of the Richland County Bar and a past member of the South Carolina Bar House of Delegates. Her professional achievements have been recognized nationally in publications like Benchmark Litigation and Best Lawyers in America, and she received the prestigious Compleat Lawyer Award from the University of South Carolina School of Law Alumni Council.
Early in her career, Amy gained valuable experience defending companies and financial professionals. Today, she uses that insight to hold negligent parties accountable and fight for individuals, families, and small businesses who have been wronged. Whether it’s exposing neglect in nursing homes, pursuing justice for victims of defective products, or financial fraud, Amy is relentless in her pursuit of relief for her clients.
