Brady Thomas and Will Lewis listed among the Legal Elite

COLUMBIA, SC – Richardson Thomas founding partners Brady Thomas and Will Lewis are listed in the just-released 2023 edition of Legal Elite of the Midlands, an annual directory of the region’s leading attorneys.
Thomas, a first-time honoree, is recognized in the practice area of Medical Malpractice – Plaintiff. Lewis, appearing in the guide for the second time, is honored for his work in Personal Injury – Plaintiff.

Thomas fights for victims and families in medical malpractice cases, including catastrophic injuries. He has represented clients in state and federal courts in South Carolina and Georgia in malpractice cases involving delayed and missed diagnoses, surgical errors and falls after failure to supervise.
Additionally, he practices product liability law, including defective-products litigation that spurred manufacturers to install flame arrestors on plastic gasoline cans after he represented victims in more than five dozen explosion cases.
As an assistant US attorney, Lewis fought fraud and corruption. He also prosecuted human trafficking cases and violent crimes.
Lewis’s practice at Richardson Thomas includes representing people seriously injured by defective products. A former federal prosecutor, Lewis represents accident victims in cases against intoxicated drivers and against establishments that over-served them. He continues to help expose government fraud by representing whistleblowers in qui tam cases. Additionally, he represents people accused of white-collar crimes.
