Brendan Green the newest partner at Richardson Thomas

Richardson Thomas is pleased that Brendan Green, an experienced South Carolina personal injury attorney with a track record of fighting for clients, has joined the firm as its newest partner.

Brendan has practiced for several years in Columbia, representing clients in cases including medical malpractice, defective products, wrongful death, and other personal injury lawsuits. His goal: To do everything he can to make sure clients get what they need to recover financially and physically when they’re injured through no fault of their own.

His track record includes helping clients win justice after car accidents involving drunken drivers, hit and runs, commercial vehicles, and rear-end collisions. He has successfully pursued insurance bad-faith claims and false-imprisonment cases. He fights for vulnerable elderly adults and children injured in nursing homes and daycare centers.

“Brendan exemplifies everything we had in mind when we created Richardson Thomas,” firm co-founder Terry Richardson said. “He’s highly skilled, he’s determined and, most of all, his committed to doing right by his clients. We are thrilled that he has joined us.”

Brendan earned his Juris Doctor at the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. He earned four prestigious CALI Awards, honors bestowed to the top grade-earner in individual classes.

His undergraduate degree in history is from Florida Atlantic University, where he also graduated magna cum laude.
