Richardson Thomas again honored in ‘Best Law Firms’ for representation of personal injury plaintiffs

Best Law Firms in America has recognized Richardson Thomas LLC in both Columbia and Augusta in the new 2023 edition.

The firm received top rankings in both cities for its work in Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs. In Columbia, it was also placed in Tier 1 in the areas of Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions – Plaintiffs and Product Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs.

Beyond Tier 1, in Augusta, the firm was also rated highly for its work in the areas of Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions – Plaintiffs and Railroad Law.

This year, five  Richardson Thomas attorneys were named in the 2023 edition of Best Lawyers.

In the Columbia office, Daniel Scott Haltiwanger, Brady Thomas, and Amy Hill were honored. Terry E. Richardson, Jr. was recognized in the Barnwell office – his 20th year on the list. In Florence, Chris Moore made the list this year.

One of the five, Brady Thomas, was named Lawyer of the Year in the practice area of Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions – Plaintiffs. That reflects his having received the highest overall peer feedback in the Columbia area for that specific practice area.
